I’m an MSc Clinical Psychology graduate with hands-on experience supporting individuals in hospital and mental-health settings. My work has included facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, contributing to assessments and treatment planning, monitoring client progress, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals across adult, youth, adolescent, and substance-use services. I am motivated by compassionate, person-centred care and by opportunities to strengthen community mental-health support.
I draw on psychological research and evidence-based approaches, tailoring our work to your experiences, needs, and goals. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, I take time to understand what matters to you and what you hope will change. Together, we can explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and relationships, build coping strategies, and strengthen your confidence in managing difficult situations. I aim to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel supported to make meaningful changes at your own pace.
Taking the first step can be difficult. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out; we can begin by talking about what you are going through and what support might help.
