I am a registered clinical psychologist based in Nairobi, Kenya, working with adolescents and adults navigating difficult experiences, emotional pain, and life circumstances that may feel overwhelming or difficult to make sense of. I support people experiencing abuse and violence, addiction, anxiety, relationship challenges, ADHD, and other psychological concerns.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic and narrative therapy, and somatic experiencing. I take an individualised approach to therapy, drawing from these approaches according to each person’s needs, experiences, and goals. I am also experienced in conducting biopsychosocial and psychological assessments and providing support to individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or who may be at risk of suicide.
I am deeply committed to creating a space where people can speak honestly and freely about what hurts most. I strive to offer a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, compassionate, and collaborative, where healing and meaningful change can unfold at a pace that feels right.
